a little bit about myself...
I am an award-winning storyteller, an internationally published poet, and a founding member of Sonoma's Center of the Universe Cafe. I have performed throughout the San Francisco Bay Area with my band The Rhythm Ride.
I have also been teaching movement for over twenty years, with an emphasis in the 5Rhythms™ practice of Gabrielle Roth. A graduate of Sonoma State University, I hold degrees in Psychology, Liberal Arts and Education and am a certified teacher/director specializing in Early Childhood Development and Movement.
